The Do Not Enter Diaries: Lyris F.
DNED: Lyris F. from The Do Not Enter Diaries on Vimeo.
Both Lyris and her personality meet somewhere in between 90′s grunge and the movie Dazed and Confused. Whether it’s dressing in 1970′s high-waisted clothes or a shirt found in the boys’ section, Lyris’ wardrobe is full of “cat class and cat style.” An aspiring writer and sometimes musician, Lyris grew up in a house of all females, and began decorating her rainbow–colored lava lamp of a room when she was little, with the help of her artist mother. At the center of her room is a platform stage bed, or the “Linky Lair” as it is often called, on which Lyris is able to practice songs she writes such as “Like/Die” and “Hairy,” or simply hide from the world behind the curtains. Lyris’ room is a magical hideout where music and writing flow back and forth seamlessly through time.

favourite room yet! x
She has the coolest room ever, and she seems realy amazing! Love her!
So great!!!!!!!! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!! Although it worries me how much she gets from the Salvation Army considering they are anti-gay and anti-abortion (http://www.salvationarmy.org/ihq/ipsabortion and http://thinkprogress.org/lgbt/2012/11/27/1245911/salvation-army-claims-its-anti-gay-reputation-is-an-internet-rumor/?mobile=nc)
She is incredibly charming and so is her music, wow.
Also the Salvation Army does tons of wonderful things for people too, I think if you dig deeply into any organization you’d find something to disagree with. If you avoid every company that wasn’t completely to your liking/standards/morals you’d almost not be able to shop anywhere, at least not in any remotely affordable way.
The coolest chick evah.
Word, this one rules.
I was wondering when the hairy song would come out in a video, because I think it was on the New York times video that I first heard it.
Super awesome episode. I think she’s great and so is the room.
The comfy section looks so comfy.
Roomspirationnnn.
